Payments, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Terms and Acceptance

• Booking any shipment through this website constitutes your acceptance of this policy.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The latest version published on our website shall always apply.
• This agreement is governed by the English (India) version. In case of any translation conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2. Payment and Billing

• Shipping rates displayed during booking are applicable at the time of booking and may change without prior notice.
• Additional charges such as ODA charges, government duties, customs taxes, levies, or other applicable fees will be billed separately.
• Invoices shall be issued periodically along with any applicable additional charges.
• Payments not received within 15 days from the invoice date will attract a late payment charge of 1.5% per month.
• If payment remains outstanding for 60 days, Amrit Seair Express Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to suspend services or terminate the agreement.

4. Online Payments and Security

• Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as HDFC Payment Gateway.
• Although appropriate security measures are implemented, internet transactions inherently carry certain risks.
• We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, gateway failures, hacking attempts, fraud, or unauthorized access beyond our control.
• If your payment session times out, verify your bank account before making another payment.
• If your account has already been debited, do not make another payment. Contact our customer support immediately.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all transactions performed using your account.

5. Cancellation Policy

• The cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking shall govern your shipment.
• Bookings may be cancelled free of charge only if the shipment has not reached any Amrit Seair Express Pvt. Ltd branch or HUB.
• No cancellation fee is charged by Amrit Seair Express Pvt. Ltd before shipment processing begins.
• Cancellation requests after pickup or service commencement are subject to approval by Amrit Seair Express Pvt. Ltd.
• No refund shall be provided for delays or losses caused due to force majeure events.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted online or by email to our customer support team.
• Booking modifications are accepted solely at the discretion of Amrit Seair Express Pvt. Ltd.

6. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.
• The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or financial institution.
• Refunds may be rejected if incorrect banking details are provided.
• Refunds cannot be redirected to a different bank account or financial institution.
• No refund obligation exists where the original payment was not successfully received due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
• Refund requests submitted after 90 days may require additional verification and documentation.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Transactions

• Customers must contact Amrit Seair Express Pvt. Ltd directly regarding chargeback claims.
• Do not initiate refund claims directly with the payment gateway.
• Duplicate or fraudulent transaction concerns should be reported immediately to Amrit Seair Express Pvt. Ltd.
• Any bank charges deducted during the refund process are imposed by your bank and are not controlled by Amrit Seair Express Pvt. Ltd.
